Envíos:

La información que se facilita sobre las fechas de entrega son estimaciones. Siempre tratamos de agilizar los plazos de entrega, pero no siempre es posible. A veces se producen retrasos inevitables.
En caso de que exista retraso, te informaremos a través de email tan pronto tengamos constancia de ello
Podrás decidir si quieres mantener el pedido, modificarlo, o solicitar la cancelación y reembolso.
En todo momento podrás hacer seguimiento del estado del pedido en todo momento a través de tu cuenta cliente.
Este es el curso general de los pedidos:
Tu pedido, una vez tramitado entrara en “preparación en proceso”. Permanecerá así hasta que se envíe. Cambiará a “estado enviado”. Lo habitual es que el estado enviado tenga una duración de entre 1 y 5 días como máximo (tiempo de tránsito, dependerá del lugar de entrega).

Devoluciones, cancelaciones y reembolsos:

Puedes cancelar y solicitar el reembolso de tu pedido en todo momento si este no ha sido entregado.
Una vez entregado, este es el proceso:
Las devoluciones se permiten, con independencia de la causa (puede ser simplemente que lo recibas y ya no quieras tu pedido) en un plazo de 14 días tras la recepción.
Para solicitar devolución, sólo tienes que entrar en el histórico de pedidos y pulsar “devolución”. O escribirnos un email a info@aliumpro.es.
Recibirás respuesta como máximo en 48 horas hábiles.
Las devoluciones son gratuitas para España peninsular.
Si has solicitado tu envío a las Islas Baleares u otro país, los portes y medios de entrega para la devolución, correrán por tu cuenta.
Una vez la mercancía haya llegado a nuestras instalaciones y se revise. Si está en perfecto estado se procederá al reembolso íntegro de tu pedido (o a la parte correspondiente que hayas devuelto). Si has pagado portes en la entrega, se te devolverá el importe de portes. No confundas esto, con el hecho de que, si has pedido entrega en Baleares o el extranjero, tienes que hacerte cargo de los portes de devolución. En caso de que hayas recibido tu pedido con defectos, roturas, faltas o equivocaciones, tienes que enviarnos un email a info@aliumpro.es informando, como máximo, en las 24 horas siguientes a la entrega de tu pedido y enviarnos imágenes de la rotura o defecto, también del embalaje y sus etiquetas. En caso de faltas, informar de las faltas. Te responderemos como máximo en 48 horas hábiles. Tendrás la opción de recibir un reembolso gratuito del material defectuoso o faltante, o la reposición.
